I brought my vehicle to Broward Auto Repair Shop for repairs, expecting the work to be completed professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, the shop failed to properly repair my car and left my engine completely torn apart. My vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was originally brought in. The shop did not complete the necessary repairs, and I experienced a lack of communication and accountability regarding the condition of my vehicle. Because the engine was left disassembled, I have suffered financial loss, transportation issues, and additional stress due to needing further repairs elsewhere. I am requesting that Broward Auto Repair Shop take responsibility for the damages and unfinished work caused to my vehicle.

They are dishonest and they charged me $3000 for a transmission work later I found out the car transmission only need a tune up. They're told me that my transmission was bad. When I got the car, my car was damaged and abs light sensor was hanging out. My driver side power windows are broken. I have fluid leaks under the car and my splash shield was gone. I called to tell them about it and I found out the guy is no longer there. I spoke to the new guy and he told me I have to paid him an extra $800 to fixing the issues.

Great experience at Broward Auto Repair. They replaced my transmission and did a fantastic job. Fast, professional, and reliable. Definitely my new go-to shop!

We drove down to Florida from New York and we started hearing some noises coming from the engine so we brought the car into the repair shop. They were so helpful with everything explaining and repairing everything quickly the day of so we can get back on our vacation. They replaced an air conditioning Compressor and they charged a very reasonable price. The work was very well done and quick. I would highly suggest anybody using this auto repair service shop.

While I originally thought this was a new and honest mechanic shop I found, I realized within about 3-4 weeks the problem was still there. Car won’t stop overheating though I was told it was fixed. I immediately left to out of town for about 2 months after picking up my car and thought everything was fine, but my sister was driving it and it kept doing the same thing. For basic needs like an oil or brake change I recommend but for anything else no. *edit* I never let my car overheat long like you’re claiming, the week it started is when I took it to you all. While you did mention driving while it overheating can cause other problems, that doesn’t matter in this situation because like I said I took it to you all within a week of it starting. As a business owner you should want/try to rectify the problem instead of saying it’s my fault or that I have the wrong company and that I went to place in Sunrise. There’s no reason within weeks of you all fixing the car that it should still be overheating. I couldn’t reach out sooner because I was out of the country but the so call “fix” should have lasted until I returned which it did not. I came to you on July 9th to pick up my car and on Ju
